I had a lovely stay with great breakfast options, especially enjoying the gluten-free products! The pool area was relaxing, and the room was well-kept with all the needed amenities. I'd definitely come back!

My check-in experience was extremely frustrating. After being promised an upgrade with a wait of one hour, it actually took over two hours to get my new room, which was poorly designed and confusing to navigate. The service was disappointing. I requested a fork and spoon only to be informed there would be a charge for it. Additionally, the bathroom drain was clogged, causing slow drainage that made it difficult to shower comfortably.

We loved the rooftop pool with stunning views of the city. The location near the beach was perfect for our family outings, and having a dog-friendly hotel made it even better. The staff was super accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities inside the hotel.

Enjoyed my time here, especially the breathtaking view from the rooftop pool! The nearby mall made dining easy with plenty of options. Be sure to reserve a poolside lounger early in the day to soak in the sun. The staff were friendly, making me feel welcome.

Had a great time with my friends! We visited a cool beach nearby and the park at the city center. The rooms were spacious and had a lovely view. Breakfast was decent, but I recommend trying the bar on the 13th floor for a nice drink in the evening.
